* Shipping your order normally takes 3 to 6 working days for local deliveries and 3 weeks for international orders
* All items shipped are with registered service to ensure safe delivery of merchardise
* There are No Hidden Costs Involved. All delivery charges are mentioned on this page
* Customer should provide contact number and email address to avoid delays
* NO COD - online transactions ONLY
* Please make sure the " shipped to " address you input is correct. We are not responsible for any wrong or
undeliverable addresses
* There will be charge for all refused / unclaimed shipments
* In case of lost items , we will file a complaint to the Postal authorities, which takes around 30-45 days
until investigations is completed. We cannot refund or resend a new shipment
* Customer can choose their favorite courier company

Summary of delivery conditions:
* All delivery prices quoted in this website are all inside Malaysia
* 'In stock' items will be despatched the same day if ordered by 9:00am Monday to Friday.
* Unless otherwise agreed, all orders will be despatched via a national carrier (Poslaju) for next working day delivery,
or via private couriers or first class post upon request.
* Extra charges will apply for Private Couriers (DHL, FedEX and etc)
* All deliveries require a signature. Please ensure someone is available to sign for any parcels. |
